Recently, the technical team of Suzhou BMG Precision Machinery, together with factory engineers, paid an on-site return visit to our customer in Nantong, checking the actual operating condition of our 5-axis CNC medium-speed wire-cut EDM in-situ at customer workshop www.bmgwedm.com.

During this visit, our engineers verified repeat positioning accuracy, machining consistency and performance of built-in intelligent machining database. We inspected the practical performance of nanosecond anti-electrolysis pulse power supply and full-automatic AR parallel compensation. On-site practical guidance on parameter optimization was provided for taper cutting, multi-trim cutting and special-material mold processing scenarios.We collected feedback from front-line operators, solved questions about daily maintenance and HMI operation, and discussed capacity planning, machine selection and long-term technical support.

BMG owns full source code and core intellectual property for self-developed V1.3 five-axis control system. The machining database accumulated from tens-of-thousands real-world cases lowers operator experience threshold and delivers accuracy comparable to low-speed wire-cut machines.Delivery is not the end of service. BMG sticks to factory-direct on-site return-visit mechanism to solve real-world production pain points.
